Highway Technical Engineering Services was established in 1988 to provide geotechnical, design, survey, and testing services in the transportation and municipal fields and has grown into a full service engineering firm delivering quality service in all fields of construction. We prefer to work as a partner with our clients to assist and assure a quality finished product that meets the highest of industry standards rather than track typical attitudes and policies that are prevalent in the consulting industry today. A solid infrastructure paired with professional and knowledgeable management teams allows Highway Technical Engineering Services to function efficiently and effectively. Several members of our staff bring 20+ years of construction engineering experience in the public and private sector, specializing in project design, survey, testing, supervision and management.
